About us

How we work

We help people start and run companies in the UAE. Trade licences, corporate bank accounts, residence visas, Corporate Tax and VAT registration, and the paperwork that keeps a company running once it exists.

What we are and what we are not

What we do

We do the practical work of getting your UAE company licensed and keeping it compliant. One person owns your file from the first call onward.

What we are not

We are not a law firm, an accounting or audit firm, a licensed tax agent, a Corporate Service Provider or a company secretary, and we do not offer fiduciary or trust structures. When work needs one of those, it goes to a firm licensed to do it.

Why that is good for you

Nobody here has a reason to keep specialist work in-house that should go to someone licensed for it. You get the right firm for each job, and still only one relationship to manage.

Said plainly, because it matters

We are not a law firm, an accounting or audit firm, a licensed tax agent, a Corporate Service Provider, a company secretary, or a provider of fiduciary or trust structures. We do not offer shareholding or director arrangements that put your company’s identity in someone else’s hands. If another firm has offered you any of that as part of a setup package, ask them who is licensed to provide it.

Working together

How we work with you

  1. 01

    We talk before we quote

We would rather spend forty minutes on your business than email you a price list. Some of these calls end with us saying the UAE is not the right move yet.

  2. 02

You get a written plan, not a package name

The routes worth considering, what separates them, the full cost including year two, and what we still need to check before we start.

  3. 03

    One person, start to finish

The same consultant runs your formation, your bank introduction, your visa applications and your renewals afterwards.

  4. 04

We tell you when we hand work over

If something goes to a licensed partner firm, you get the name of the firm, the reason, and what they are doing. Nothing is quietly subcontracted.

An example of how we keep you updated. Not a real client conversation.

  1. Initial approval came through this morning. Licence should be issued Thursday.
  2. Great. Do I need to be there for anything?
  3. Not for the licence. For the visa you need to be here for the medical and the Emirates ID appointment — I can book both for the same morning.
  4. Let’s do the week of the 17th.
  5. Booked. I’ll send the address and what to bring the day before.

Our licensed partner firms

We prepare and file your Corporate Tax and VAT registrations. Specialised accounting and tax services are provided through our licensed partner firms.

We handle this

  • Prepare and file your Corporate Tax and VAT registrations
  • Tell you which registrations apply to your licence, and when
  • Gather and check every supporting document
  • Track your deadlines and tell you what is coming
  • Coordinate between you and the licensed partner firm doing the specialist work

Our licensed partner firms handle this

  • Specialised accounting and tax services
  • Bookkeeping and preparing financial statements
  • Statutory audit, where your licence or free zone requires one
  • Filing and representation work only a licensed firm may do
  • Formal opinions on how the rules apply to your specific structure

You will know which firm is on your work, and why, before it starts. Nothing gets quietly subcontracted.

Specialised accounting and tax services, statutory audit and formal filing work go to firms licensed for that work. We manage the back-and-forth between you and them, so you are not running two relationships and answering the same questions twice. You will know which firm is on your file before it starts.

Our trade licence

What our licence covers

establish-it is licensed for these activities:

These are the activities on our own trade licence, and they are exactly why the split above exists. Anything outside them goes to a firm licensed for it, and you get the name of that firm before the work starts.

Our office is in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, next to the DMCC free zone authority we deal with most weeks.

Our licensed activities

These are the activities on our own trade licence. They are what we are permitted to do, and they are the reason specialised work goes to firms licensed for it.

Straight answers

What you can hold us to

Next to a pattern founders tell us about. We name nobody, and nothing in the first column is a promise we cannot keep.

Who you deal with

How we work

One person who knows your file, from the first call to your third renewal.

What founders got elsewhere

A salesperson until you pay, then a processing team you have never met.

How we reach a recommendation

How we work

From what you sell, who pays you and your residency plans — and we say so when two routes are both fine.

What founders got elsewhere

From whichever package the agency resells most easily.

What you are told about cost

How we work

Setup and year-two running costs together, because year two is where people get caught out.

What founders got elsewhere

A headline setup price, with authority fees and renewals showing up later.

Banking

How we work

We build the file and make the introduction, and we say plainly that the account is the bank’s call.

What founders got elsewhere

An account sold as part of the package, as though it were theirs to hand out.

Work outside our licence

How we work

Named licensed partner firms do specialised accounting and tax work, and we tell you who does what.

What founders got elsewhere

Everything implied to be in-house, with the line left blurry.

After the licence is issued

How we work

We track your renewal dates and flag them early, and handle changes as they come up.

What founders got elsewhere

You hear from them again just before the renewal invoice.

The right-hand column describes a pattern founders tell us about, not any particular firm. We have not named anyone, and we would rather you judged us on the left-hand column.

Get started

Start with a conversation, not a quote

Some of these calls end with us saying the UAE is not the right move yet. That is a good outcome, and it is far cheaper to find out now than later.

We reply within one working day.
